Kent Romanoff

Kent Romanoff brings to his consulting practice 30+ years of management consulting experience — seven years at a senior level with a large international firm and over 20 years running his own firm. He has served over 200 clients in all areas of compensation design, employee motivation and reward, strategy development and implementation, and organizational effectiveness. Kent consults in all industry sectors including Manufacturing, Finance, High Technology, Food & Agriculture, Transportation, and Health Care.


Kent is the creator of IncentivePlanBuilder.com, the first and only on-line incentive plan design tool for managers. Based on a proven methodology used successfully by numerous Romanoff Consulting clients, Incentive Plan Builder provides a quick and easy way to design and manage custom incentive plans for all types of employees.


Kent is the featured blogger on the popular compensation blog The Salary Sage where he regularly comments on timely compensation-related issues and shares insights into how to create the perfect pay plan.


Kent has published on a wide range of human resource and business topics, speaks regularly to conferences and professional organizations, and has taught at the university level. Kent is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Stanford University where he earned B.A. and M.A. degrees. He has served on numerous Boards of Directors and is past Vice Chairman of the American Diabetes Association.

Andie Romanoff

Andrea Romanoff joined the firm in 2013. She works with clients to develop and implement customized base salary programs, management and executive incentive plans, job descriptions, career paths, and performance management tools.


Andie has consulted with over 50 clients across diverse industries, including health care, technology, construction, food and agriculture, engineering, transportation, marketing services, real estate, financial services, and non-profit.


She has expert knowledge of compensation in the California health care industry. She develops market-pricing methodologies and salary administration guidelines. Andie has developed comprehensive systems for market pricing positions and standardizing job descriptions.
